Our cancellation policy will be taken into account for cancellations of appointments or exams with less than 24 hours notice, except for cases of force majeure and last-minute situations.
Clínica Matriz does not have direct agreements with health subsystems or insurance companies, making this decision so as not to sacrifice the quality of care it provides.
After appointments or exams at the clinic, a refund can be requested from the insurance company or health subsystem, under the terms of the specific policy. For this process, the Clinic will provide all necessary information.
